A new trustee for The Confederation of Healing Organisations

We have recently welcomed Alison McWhinnie to The CHO Board of Trustees. Alison comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and has quickly become a valued member of the trustee team.
Having joined us in January this year, Alison has become an active member of our Marketing sub-committee, getting involved in the marketing strategy, podcasts and interviews.
Alison's interest in Healing started later in life, when distant healing significantly helped her mother following unexpected ill health. Alison trained and qualified as a healer at the Harry Edwards Healing College and also worked in various roles there:
- Trustee,
- Non-Executive Director,
- Operations Director
- Director of Development.
She was an invited speaker at the World Health Congress in Prague in 2023, talking about spiritual healing and is currently training for a Diploma in Animal Healing.
With a background in business, retail, charity, human resources, venue and events management, Alison has much valuable experience to share and we are thankful to have her as part of the team.
