New Trustees ratified on the CHO Board
The CHO Board welcomes Dumisa Tshabalala as a fully ratified Trustee after first joining us in September 2015. With a personal passion for healing and complementary therapies, Dumisa has a zest for public service, together with an exceptional knowledge of fundraising, marketing, research and social finance from the not-for-profit sector.
With many diverse consulting projects under his belt, the highlights Dumisa brings to our table are co-founding a Home Office backed charity, formulating and delivering programmes for the Mayor of London, as well as completing organisational turnarounds and change management programmes in many settings.
Dumisa completed an MBA with the London Business School, specialising in strategic development, corporate governance and innovation. Comfortable with contract negotiation, change management and efficiency planning, Dumisa has experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders including media, regulators, government bodies and corporate executives. We are delighted to have the benefit of his expertise on the Board.
Communications and Marketing Consultant, Jane Eyes, joins Dumisa as a ratified CHO Board member.
Based in Hertfordshire, Jane began her PR career in New York in 1992, specialising in health related PR and marketing. Since then Jane's work has broadened to supporting many facets of business and brand development, consulting on global marketing and communication campaigns spanning multiple continents.
Having worked the corporate and marketing 'dream', Jane has now refocused her interests to consult on a mostly pro-bono basis for charities who genuinely need help with their communications challenges - be it marketing materials, website development, media relations or social media strategy development.
Jane also became a Trustee for The CHO in September 2015, and has already made a valuable contribution to the direction of our communications and marketing strategy for this year. Currently doing her Reiki Masters training, Jane has a close personal and passionate interest in the world of Healing. Hopefully those of you who attend the Mind Body Spirit Show in November will see her on our CHO stand.
